Chef Janet Davis is a noted culinary artist, restaurateur and on-air talent. In 2016, Janet was chosen from among the region’s best chefs to serve the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, bringing JADE’s distinctive cuisine to the Welcome Delegate Reception and the National Media Party. Most recently, she was a speaker at the 2017 International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York, and was featured in the Philadelphia Tribune and Catering Magazine.

She has made numerous appearances on NBC, FOX and PBS in the Philadelphia region and continues to grow her “Full on Flavor” brand, dishing up food, flavor and fun in the Hamptons, New York City, New Jersey, and throughout the Delaware Valley region. She is a popular host of cooking demonstrations for luxury retailers Williams-Sonoma and Bloomingdale’s and is a sought-after speaker on such topics as entrepreneurship and women in business.

Janet has served as presenter and panelist at programs from Drexel’s LeBow College of Business and the Temple Women’s Network and keynoted the 4th annual EOP (Educational Opportunity Program) Conference at SUNY New Paltz. Today, much of her time is dedicated to consulting, training, and special event management. She is an active supporter of important local, regional, and national causes, and frequently lends her expertise.
